The Firm provides assistance to public and private sector clients in setting up and developing infrastructure projects. The Firm provides assistance in structuring contractual arrangements based on tax implications and other regulatory considerations, drafting commercial and contractual documentation for implementation of projects (including concession agreements, EPC contracts, O&M contracts) and other incidental matters arising during implementation of projects.
