This includes drafting of employment agreements, employment policies, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, termination letters, employee stock option plans, schemes and trusts. The Firm also represent clients’ interests before various courts and tribunals ranging from the Supreme Court, various High Courts, Industrial Tribunals and Labour Courts.

We assist clients in developing tailored POSH policies, conducting awareness and training sessions, and managing complaint handling processes with sensitivity and legal rigor.
We also provide qualified external members to serve on Internal Complaints Committees (ICCs), ensuring impartial and expert handling of workplace harassment complaints, fully aligned with the POSH Act, 2013.
